I noticed a little while ago while at the supermarket that there are no dips or pesto’s that don’t come in a plastic container, so I decided to make my own!
I wing it when I cook and do everything by taste (even when using recipes, I never stick to them exactly) so I can share the ingredients with you, but I can’t give you measurements…because I don’t measure!

Olive oil
Basil leaves
Goats Feta
Cashew nuts
Kale or spinach

Put it all into a blender and your good to go!

I like to use this as a dip, pasta sauce and stir fry sauce. When using as a sauce I usually add salt or soy sauce and bone broth for a bit of extra flavour.
